Barry Wanderers pride themselves as being the only team in the area who provide cricket for all abilities. The Saturday 1st XI are striving for promotion to Division 3 of the East Wales Conference, with the 2nd XI in Division 3 of the East Wales Conference in 2007. Furthermore, competitive cricket is played in Division 1 of the Vale of Glamorgan Midweek League on midweek evenings; having gained promotion this year. Further to this, we play in the VOG Midweek Cup; a cup where we were the runner up in 2007.

If you'd prefer to play friendly cricket, then there are friendly games arranged every Sunday afternoon and frequently on midweek afternoons. Players from all teams are brought together to play in these fixtures. Friendly fixtures are often used to ease new players back into cricket, however long they've been away from the game.
