The AGM is to be held at 19.00 on Tuesday 18th March at the Sea View Labour Club Dock View Road Barry

The following positions are to be elected for 2008

Secretary

Treasurer

Welfare Officer

Publicity and IT

Committee Member

Fixture Secretary

Saturday Captain 1st XI

Saturday Captain Second XI

Sunday Captain

MidWeek Captain

Club Captain

I would be pleased to receive nominations by Monday 25th February

Existing post holders simply need to indicate their desire to remain for a further year.

Members are also reminded

That amendments to the constitution can be tabled at the AGM

Child welfare forms will be completed at the AGM and CRB forms circulated where appropriate

Subscriptions for 2008 can and should be paid at the AGM (a case to increase the rates is to be tabled at the meeting)
